We went inside the Louvre the first weekend we were here, but we took a trip back to the grounds yesterday morning.
We had a nice relaxing morning in the gardens of the Palace Royale. We found some great reclining chairs in front of the fountain and took it easy.
Dan caught on and chose a chair for pure relaxation. Not without his stick, of course!

If you happen to find one of Pierre Herme's shops, you have to stop in for pastries. I'm dying to get to Paris to try his desserts, especially his macarons, so stop and eat one for me. :) Also, I imagine all of the patisseries are amazing, so if you find something called a Paris-Brest, try it. Oh so good! It looks like you guys are having a great time!
Anna! I just checked your blog for the first time in a while. It's so fun to see all of your Paris pics! That spot by the fountain in front of the Louve is the exact spot I imagined you relaxing with your feet up. I'm so glad you've had such a good time - wonderful memories! We're still in CO awaiting confirmation to officially begin our move. Sigh... Miss you! Holly
